1. Registered Users

1.1 Atrium grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right to access and use the Website.

1.2 To gain full access, you must create a profile and register as a user ("Registered User"). Each account is personal, tied to your email, and may require verification (e.g., via link or phone).

1.3 You must keep login credentials secure and not transfer them. If compromised, notify us immediately at hello@exploreatrium.com.

1.4 Display names must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe third-party rights.

1.5 We may suspend or delete your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Reviews

2.1 By posting reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("UGC"), you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content.

2.2 You represent that your UGC is truthful, based on your actual experience with an education provider (tools, apps, schools, enrichment programs, camps, etc.), and does not infringe rights of others.

2.3 You may not post UGC if you:

• Have undisclosed personal/professional ties to the provider.
• Have received incentives or compensation without disclosure.
• Include unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or misleading content.

2.4 Atrium may remove UGC without notice if it violates law or these Terms.

2.5 Users remain responsible for their UGC and must indemnify Atrium against claims arising from it.

3. Provider Listings and Business Terms

3.1 Atrium hosts profiles of education providers (schools, apps, programs, camps, etc.). Listings may be free or enhanced ("Verified" or "Premium").

3.2 Providers may enter into commercial arrangements with Atrium for enhanced profiles, advertising, referral partnerships, or analytics. Such arrangements will be governed by additional business terms provided by Atrium.

3.3 Providers must not create or manipulate reviews for their own listings or competitors.

4. Rights and Intellectual Property

4.1 The Website, underlying technology, and all intellectual property are owned by Atrium or licensed third parties. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

4.2 Downloading/copying is permitted only for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.

4.3 All company names, trademarks, and provider logos on the Website are property of their respective owners.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

5.1 We collect and process personal data (e.g., email, phone, account details) in connection with your use of the Website.

5.2 Data is used for account management, moderation, communications, and provider programs.

5.3 By accepting these Terms, you consent to Atrium's processing of personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 The Website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6.2 Atrium does not endorse or guarantee accuracy of reviews or provider listings. Content is user-generated.

6.3 Atrium is not responsible for links to third-party sites or actions of providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Atrium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website.

7.2 Aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed $100 CAD.

7.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; in those cases, liability will be limited to the minimum permitted by law.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 Atrium may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason.

8.2 Sections relating to UGC, IP rights, liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

9.2 Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Copyright Dispute Policy

10.1 Atrium will respond to copyright and intellectual property infringement notices in accordance with applicable law. A designated contact for such notices will be published in future.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Atrium.

11.2 No waiver of any right applies unless in writing.

11.3 You may not assign these Terms without Atrium's prior consent.
