Quill

I'm kind of grading on a curve here, because I found Quill to be one of the best adaptive apps we tried. The child and parent/teacher UIs are both very good. However, we didn't stick with it overly long, because my kid found it pretty boring. It's free through, so no reason not to try it out and see if it works for you.
